Bottle Orders
Some of our Clubs are able to provide Message in a Bottle within their local communities free of charge thanks to fundraising and generous donations from the public and businesses. It is not just vulnerable people who benefit from Message in a Bottle. Anyone could have an accident at home.
The Message in a Bottle kit includes a form, where personal and medical information is detailed. This is placed in the Lions branded bottle, which is stored in the fridge. Two stickers are provided: one for the fridge door and the other for the inside of the front door of the premises.
Box Orders
Each box contains 210 bottles, 210 Lids, 210 leaflets and 420 Emergency stickers, i.e.2 stickers per bottle
We receive daily calls requesting Message in a Bottles from GP Surgeries, Hospitals, Retirement Homes, Care Homes and also individuals. We offer to send small quantities free of charge and again we do ask for the postage costs to be covered.
